Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your panel and the change applies to the next billing cycle.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro AI?
Pro ($29) is hosting only: you upload your own 3D models and showcase them in AR. Pro AI ($49) adds 10 monthly generations from photos — you upload 3-4 photos of the product and our AI engine generates the ready-to-use 3D model.
How does the AI quota work?
Each AI plan has a monthly generation quota. If you exceed it, you can buy extra models at your plan’s overage rate or upgrade to the next plan. Unused quota does not roll over.
What happens if I exceed my hosting quota?
We notify you by email before cutting anything. You have time to upgrade or adjust your catalog without surprises.
Do tiles count toward the quota?
No. Tiles are unlimited in all plans. We only measure the 3D models you upload and the downloads your users make from the app.
What if I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Canceling means your plan won’t renew next cycle — you keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund the cycle if you cancel within the first 7 days AND have not generated any AI models. If you already generated AI models, no refund (you consumed the plan’s value). Special cases like duplicate charges are handled individually.
What does the trial include?
The Free plan never expires. Try the platform as long as you need before deciding. AI generation is not included — it unlocks with any paid plan.
